Swing in for Fresh Fruit Tart Wednesdays! Helmed by our brewer Kevin O'Malley, every week our team takes 50 pounds of fruit and turns it into 2.5 gallons of puree. These fresh, house-made, purees vary wildly each week (texture, consistency, and thickness) depending on the fruit we use. It's a beautiful, and often chaotic, expression of fresh fruit - but is limited, so get it before it's gone!
